Mark Alexander

Xaar Director of Business Development ‒ Xaar Print Bar System

An inkjet evangelist, Mark leads Business Development for Xaar’s Print Bar System, and has worked at Xaar for the past 10 years in a number of sales & marketing roles. A regular speaker on the inkjet conference circuit worldwide, Mark has acquired a broad spectrum of online, prepress, print and publishing sector experience over the past 25 years in programme, product and channel management and operational roles with Crosfield, FujiFilm (FFEI) and Purup-Eskofot and Cisco.


Richard Darling

Xaar Director of Business Development ‒ Direct-to-shape

With many years of experience in digital print, Richard joined Xaar in 2010 as Business Development Manager for Europe and North America, before becoming Director of Sales, Global West and now Director of Business Development – Direct-to-shape.

Richard has helped Xaar’s OEM partners to bring to market some game-changing inkjet innovations across a variety of industry sectors, and some of the most productive single-pass printing equipment available worldwide. Dedicated to inkjet technology developments, he questions the way things have traditionally been done, tearing down barriers to impose inkjet technology wherever it can give benefit.


Alan Mutch

Product Manager
Xaar 1003 and Xaar Print Bar System

Alan has spent the last 25 years in product management for a number of Original Equipment Manufacturers, joining Xaar in 2015. He has a strong background across a range of global market sectors and products and sectors incorporating significant elements of electronics, mechanical engineering and software.

Alan has a BSc in Applied Physics from Imperial College, London, an MBA from Cranfield University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Alan is responsible for the product management of the Xaar Print Bar System and the Xaar 1002 and 1003 printhead portfolio.
